All billing occurs on the 1st of each month before services are provided. You are able to setup automatic payments with a bank account or credit/debit card. Once auto pay is setup Scooperific will generate your invoice and send you a receipt via email and text message. These records can also be seen in the customer hub. If payment is not

Our friendly Scooperific technicians will send you a 60-minute “on the way” text before your service begins. Customers are not required to be home at the time of service, but we do ask for easy access to cleaning areas and that no aggressive dogs be left out in the yard. This ensures a smooth and efficient service for everyone.

Your professional pooper scooper will arrive and start cleaning up all the doggie doo. Scooperific team members are trained to walk in a special route to minimize the chance of missing any dog waste. Our team members will also walk your yard multiple times to ensure your yard is thoroughly clean and free of any missed dog waste.

Once your yard is dog poop-free, your Scooperific technician will take and upload a photo of your closed gate to ensure no dogs accidentally get out of your yard. Our team members will then spray down all of their scooping equipment with organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs and illness to other dogs, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
