Scooperific! offers residential and commercial dog waste removal services. We come to your property on a scheduled basis to clean up dog waste from designated outdoor areas.

• Aggressive dogs must be secured or kept indoors during service visits. If your dog is known to be friendly toward strangers, no action is required.
   
• Gates must be unlocked and accessible on the scheduled service day.
   
• Yards must be free from excessive debris, overgrown grass, or hazards that would prevent safe access.
   
• Aggressive dogs must be disclosed before service starts.
   

If we are unable to access your yard due to locked gates, dangerous animals, or other barriers, you may be charged for the visit. Missed appointments due to our fault will be rescheduled at no charge.

• Payments are due based on the selected billing cycle (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly).
   
• Late payments may result in a pause or cancellation of service.
   
• Any promotional discounts apply only to active recurring customers and cannot be combined with other offers.
   

You may cancel your recurring service at any time with 48 hours’ notice before your next scheduled visit. Prepaid services are non-refundable after service has been rendered.

Dog waste is not a fertilizer and may contain harmful bacteria or parasites. Our team does not guarantee the complete removal of all bacteria, staining, or long-term odor.

We work in light rain or heat, but service may be delayed or rescheduled due to extreme weather, flooding, lightning, or unsafe yard conditions.

Scooperific! is fully insured. We are not responsible for:

• Damages to lawns or landscaping caused by pet waste or equipment access
   
• Injury to pets due to negligence not caused by our staff
   
• Lost time or fees due to inaccessible properties
